With a nod to his silk-screened “Flowers” series, Rita created simple floral images and floated them across a vibrant yellow field. Bold and playful, their clean edges, graphic repetition, and electrified vivid color give further reference to the iconic Pop Art style.Rita Kirsch Dungey is a full-time visual artist based in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. Inspired by Abstract Expressionism, she creates vibrant mixed-media works exploring intuition, energy, and discovery. Her internationally exhibited artwork reflects a background in psychology, healing, and service.This artwork is currently on view as part of the Le Jardin des Fleurs exhibition at Hagen Hus Gallery through September 30, 2026.
