With a passion for making, exploring, and interpreting the world through art, he began formal training in visual arts at the age of 16. He later continued his studies at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts in Yogyakarta, where he deepened both his technical skills and conceptual understanding of fine art.
Lilik’s work is inspired by nature, social themes, personal experiences, and spirituality. Through a unique perspective, he often discovers unexpected meanings in everyday materials and events. For him, everything within and around us holds artistic potential—waiting to be revealed through a creative and thoughtful response.
