Hagen Hus Gallery "Art Giveaway"

1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must have a valid Instagram account.

2. How to Enter:

  • Follow @hagenhusgallery on Instagram.

  • Send a direct message (DM) to @hagenhusgallery confirming your IG handle to enter.

  • For additional entries, invite friends to follow @hagenhusgallery and send a DM listing the Instagram handles of the friends you brought. Each new follower you bring earns you one extra entry.

3. Giveaway Goal:
The giveaway drawing will take place once Hagen Hus Gallery (@hagenhusgallery) reaches 1,000 followers on Instagram.

4. Prize:
One original artwork will be awarded to the winner:

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from the eligible entries.

  • The more friends you invite who follow @hagenhusgallery, the more entries you will have in the draw.

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize.

  • If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Delivery:
The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner within the United States.
International winners may be responsible for shipping and customs fees.

7. General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Hagen Hus Gallery, which are final and binding in all respects.

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • Participants release Instagram and all related parties from any liability related to this promotion.

8. Rights:
By entering, participants agree that Hagen Hus Gallery may use their Instagram handle, entry messages, and any photos or videos associated with the giveaway for promotional purposes.
